Just moved in 4 months ago. My place is spacious;has a functional balcony;all appliances furnished;garbage disposal; plenty of lighting;large bathroom. My fellow renters have been very friendly and helpful. Orlando,the manager has been very helpful and available. So far,so good. Im comfortable and pleased. Thank you..

Had an incident happen at summercrest villas where the garbage dumpster was all backed up to the top of the 3rd floor. Ty Stanford with our maintenance company at summercrest villas came and found out someone had jammed a shopping carrier into the dumpster and jammed the whole shute up to the 3rd floor. Ty was able to get it unjammed and got all the garbage to come down into the dumpster. He then sanitized everything and got everything working again.
