I've only had issues with the manager who may have some personal issues he is having trouble with. He threatened me on a few occasions and has told untrue stories about me and my gf.

The rent is too high for a, supposedly, senior apartment. The common room and computer room are closed most of the time. There are no activities for the seniors that have no social life, are confined to wheelchairs. Most of us are retired and living on fixed incomes. The carpet needs to be replaced. It’s filthy, especially on the first floor. I really like our manager Jamal. He is kind and helpful.

Nice and Quiet. Majority of tenants are nice and peaceful. some major issues are: 1) Therapy pool is not working. 2) Equipment not working in exercise room. 3) fire extinguishers in hallways do not get serviced. 4) Was told in December 2024 that complex was under "New Management" however no telephone numbers have been provided to register grievances. Have brought these to the attention of Manager with no resolve.

Just moved in 4 months ago. My place is spacious;has a functional balcony;all appliances furnished;garbage disposal; plenty of lighting;large bathroom. My fellow renters have been very friendly and helpful. Orlando,the manager has been very helpful and available. So far,so good. Im comfortable and pleased. Thank you..

Elevator broken down with seniors trapped upstairs and no clue as to when it will be fixed!!! How do you abandon people who are so vulnerable???

Had an incident happen at summercrest villas where the garbage dumpster was all backed up to the top of the 3rd floor. Ty Stanford with our maintenance company at summercrest villas came and found out someone had jammed a shopping carrier into the dumpster and jammed the whole shute up to the 3rd floor. Ty was able to get it unjammed and got all the garbage to come down into the dumpster. He then sanitized everything and got everything working again. Thanks to Ty Stanford and Tonya Graham for taking care of an awful situation. Regards, Janis Wake . Resident of Summercrest Villas for 18 years.
